Gifts come around, every now and then. Because I'm in only the second act, my wonderful director and stage manager got together and figured out that I wouldn't be called for over a week... so I was offered the chance to go home! That NEVER happens!!!!!! So I jumped on a bus, and went back to Yonkers...
Just in time for the harvesting of many tomatoes, daily green beans, and the first crop of sugar snaps... plus the usual abondanza of herbs. This week will give me the chance to prepare a few meals for you, along with stunning new photographs. And, of course, I'll use this week to get "off book" (our term for knowing all of my lines) when I return to CT.
