You may remember a few posts ago, I told you I had enhanced some boxed chicken stock by gently poaching two breasts in it... and that I'd use the breasts later in the week? Well... it's now later in the week!
Yesterday I added some diced chicken to the leftover risotto from the potluck. And today I'm making a sauce with more diced chicken, some garlic and sage, and a bit of stock... OK, fine, maybe some cream as well... and this will be poured over or maybe mixed with some brown basmati rice... Yum.

Much Ado closed today... and I've been using up all of the perishables before my return to Yonkers. But this won't be a vacation... during the four weeks before I head out to Idaho Shakes to start on Blithe Spirit, the remount of Much Ado, and Richard III, I'm filming Macbeth... the second production for the amazing Shakespeare app coming soon to a tablet near you!
