Pasta Tips!

If you're making a cooked sauce of any kind, I recommend taking the pasta out of the water about 2 minutes before it's done, and adding it to the sauce to finish cooking... That way everybody gets together and very friendly in the pot before you serve...

And always remember to save at least a cup of the pasta water to thin and bind the sauce if needed...
And always... No, really... ALWAYS! Warm the bowls before adding the pasta!
AND I'm a big believer in adding the Parmesan or the Grana Padano off the heat.
