Just a quick follow-up to the Anniversary post from the other day...
Here are some pictures of that delicious meal... in process.
I think you'll see that even these very, very simple dishes can become (when made with care, and with great ingredients to start with) a wonderful celebratory meal that you'll be proud to serve.
I admit that fava beans can seem like a hassle... But boy, are they worth it!
