One year ago today... 28 May 2012... we started on an improbable adventure... This Old Chef was launched!
All I knew was that I loved to cook, and to teach people about food. And I thought a website might be an interesting way to connect those two loves. Thanks to you folks, one year later, we've had 675,000 hits!
To paraphrase Shakespeare, "We are amazed, and know not what to say..."
But I do know one thing I have to say... Thank you for reading, for responding, for cooking. I can promise lots more great food in the second year!!!
